1. Digital Services

Since we primarily offer informational and digital troubleshooting services, refunds will only be granted under the following conditions:

  • You were charged in error

  • The service was not delivered as described

  • A request is made within 7 days of purchase

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Incomplete troubleshooting due to user non-cooperation

  • Incompatibility not disclosed prior to service

  • Issues unrelated to printers


2. How to Request a Refund
